Unlike most Fragrance companies we are proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and will accept all returns and/or exchange on orders placed within 30 days and are located in the continental United States until you find a scent from our collection that is to your liking.

The cost of the original shipping and payment processing fees for your order(s)/package(s) will be deducted from your refund.

ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE STATED BY USPS/UPS TRACKING NUMBER FOR MONEY-BACK RETURNS.

REALMS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY RETURN PACKAGES THAT MAY BECOME LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN IN-TRANSIT.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE AND/OR RETURN TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SHIPPING BACK YOUR RETURNS.

If you are unsure on whether your fragrance(s) is/are eligible please send a photo of your fragrance(s) as well as your order number to us at hello@scentrealms.com to receive a pre-acceptance on your returns eligibility.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it containing 95% or more of the original liquid in the bottle. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Your Next Step will be to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund, only the cost (subtotal) for the products that you originally ordered will be refunded. The original cost of shipping will be deducted on “Free Shipping” offered orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that by ordering an item from our store, you are agreeing to our return policy, and the rest of our terms and conditions.

In circumstance of returns back to original form of payment. Returns back to original payment may take 5-10 business days. Restocking Fee of $5.00 per item will apply for returns back to original payment method.
